                                                   Reservation Policy

                                                   All reservations will require a 50% deposit during our high season and 30% during our low season.
                                                   Balance for accommodation payable upon arrival.

                                                   Cancellation Policy

                                                   Our cancellation policy automatically applies which each booking made.
                                                   Minimum fee for cancellation is R 250,-
                                                   More than 28 days prior forfeit 10 % of the total amount.
                                                   21-28 days prior forfeit 25 % of the total amount.
                                                   14-21 days prior forfeit 50 % of the total amount.
                                                   7-14 days prior forfeit 75 % of the total amount.
                                                   Less than 7 days prior forfeit 100 % of the total amount.
                                                   In the event of no show or premature departure the full extend of the stay as original booked and confirmed                                                                    ( this overwrites all cancellation policies stated in any booking made through any booking agency) .
                                                   Payments in South African currency only (no checks )
